📋 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

    ⏱️ TIMEFRAMES FOR REQUESTING EXCHANGES OR RETURNS
    Size, color, or style exchanges: You have 10 business days from the date of receipt of the order.

    Returns due to manufacturing defects: You have 30 business days from the delivery date.
    Returns due to change of mind: In accordance with consumer protection regulations, you have up to 7 business days after receiving the product to request a return, provided that the protective packaging has not been opened or tampered with.

    ❌ CASES WE DO NOT ACCEPT
    Returns and exchanges cannot be processed if:
    The protective packaging, labels, or containers have been removed, broken, or altered.
    The product shows signs of use, washing, or alterations.
    The product is personalized, custom-made, or has exclusive engravings.
    The timeframes established in this policy have expired.
    The reported defect is a consequence of improper use, poor storage, or incorrect washing according to the manufacturer's instructions.

    📦 PROCESS FOR MAKING AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

    Photos of the product in its current condition (if applicable)
    Confirmation: We will respond within 48 business hours with instructions on the next steps.
    Product shipment: If approved, you must ship the product to the address we provide. Shipping costs are as follows:
    ✅ For factory defects or our error: We cover all shipping costs.

    ⚠️ For changes to size, color, or model: The customer is responsible for return and reshipping shipping costs.

    ⚠️ For cancellations: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    💵 REFUNDS
    Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the refund approval:
